About Me
A senior and highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional with circa 15 years of industry experience including significant consulting, corporate sector, and recruitment agency experience. I have strong exposure to working with companies at all levels from SME’s to multinationals and fast growth tech-focused organisations.
In the recruitment agency sector, I was responsible for growing a number of highly successful recruitment desks before moving into the corporate sector where I have worked with some of the most well-known tech companies in the world and latterly I led European Talent Acquisition and a large multidisciplinary team for a hyper-growth e-commerce company.
Consulting and providing a range of Talent Acquisition solutions via Horizon Blue Talent Consulting for over 3 years I have provided tailored, bespoke, cost-effective, and high-value solutions for a range of clients including Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition Function Strategic Development, and Interview Process Design amongst others.

HORIZON BLUE TALENT CONSULTING RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS
CONTINGENCY / RETAINED SEARCH HYBRID SOLUTION
3 stage pricing plan - Targeted at one-off/specialist hiring. Suitable for specialist or one-off roles or companies with the
occasional recruitment requirement throughout the year.
12% of the fixed salary of your vacancy. Price fixed on % value of the midpoint of the vacancy’s salary band
Stage 1 – 4% @ Kick-Off
Stage 2 – 4% @ Close of hire or an agreed number of on-site interviews, typically 4 or 5 – whichever occurs first. The initial telephone interview with the hiring manager to assess fit does not count against the target so does not eat into the quota
Stage 3 – 4% @ Close of Hire

Low Cost & Cash Flow Friendly
Final Cost agreed on upfront - no increase if candidate offer needs to be increased
No further costs after the current payment stage if the candidate is hired via another channel. The incurred cost can then be set off against future hiring so a low-risk factor

RETAINER RECRUITMENT SOLUTION:
Retainer based pricing plan - Targeted at employers who may have 2 or more open roles simultaneously and/or ongoing regular recruitment or a recruitment project for a fixed termed period.
A set fee of €1500 paid monthly in advance to manage all recruiting needs - think Netflix style pricing
Additional Cost: 5% of the fixed salary of your vacancy. This additional cost will be fixed on the % value of the midpoint
of the vacancy’s salary band

Low Cost & Cash Flow Friendly
Hire fees agreed upfront
Turn on / turn off as hiring needs require. No notice period and receive service to the end of the current payment period if cancelled
Assistance with interview planning and structure
Full comprehensive consulting on all aspects of the recruitment/candidate selection process
Hourly rate based pricing plan - Targeted at employers who may have 2 or more open roles simultaneously and/or ongoing regular recruitment or a recruitment project and want an internal recruiter
without the need for a long term commitment of a hiring a recruiter long term or permanently
A set fee of €50 per hour paid every 2 weeks to manage all recruiting needs for an agreed number of hours per week

Flexible – required hours can be adjusted up or down as required
